Yes, the platform relies on real-time syncing to ensure data integrity and collaboration. Offline support is on our roadmap; if you lose connectivity, we’ll queue your entries and sync when you’re back online.

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. We host on a SOC-2 compliant backend (Supabase) with role-based access controls so only authorized BCBAs/RBTs can view client data.

Absolutely—download raw data as CSV or export polished PDF charts for reports and supervision meetings.

In addition to our extensive stimuli library, you can also upload your own images (PNG, JPEG). Audio/video uploads are in the plans to introduce soon!

You can invite RBTs under your BCBA account, assign roles, and set per-goal permissions. Telehealth “client view” roles are also in pilot, letting clients join with a code for guided sessions.
