Privacy and Security

How we handle your data and protect client information.

Not yet. Please avoid uploading any PHI for now. We are actively building to HIPAA standards, including encryption, audit logs, and BAAs, and will notify you as soon as compliance is fully in place.

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. We host on a SOC-2 compliant backend with role-based access controls so only authorized BCBAs and RBTs can view client data. A BAA is available on request for teams that need one.

Access and Compatibility

What you need to get up and running.

Operantly is a responsive web app that works on modern desktop and mobile browsers including Chrome, Safari, and Edge. No native install required. Just log in from your browser on any device.

Yes. The platform relies on real-time syncing to ensure data integrity and team collaboration. Offline support is on our roadmap. If you lose connectivity during a session, we will queue your entries and sync them when you are back online.

Features

What Operantly can do for your clinical team.

Yes. You can download raw data as CSV or export polished PDF charts for reports and supervision meetings. All your data is yours.

In addition to our extensive built-in stimulus library, you can upload your own images (PNG, JPEG). Audio and video uploads are planned and coming soon.

You can invite RBTs under your BCBA account, assign roles, and set per-goal permissions. A telehealth client-view role is also in pilot, letting clients join guided sessions with a single access code.
